Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. If you find that you need to exchange or return an unworn/unused/unopened item, it is returnable within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. If your purchase was shipped to you, the return policy takes effect the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. Gift cards, sale/discounted items, makeup/bath/hygiene products, nail polish, swimwear, undergarments, playdough/slime, dish wear, pacifiers, hair accessories, amber necklaces, stuffed animals, advent calendars and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Original receipt or order confirmation is required to complete your return/exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Online orders will be refunded via store credit less shipping costs. Shipping costs are non refundable under any circumstances once the order has been shipped
Return Process
Online orders:
Please contact us prior to requesting a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit refund.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and issued.
In-store purchases:
Please return to the store within 30 days of purchase to request a store credit or exchange.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, they are final sale.
Exchanges:
If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us to make a request prior to returning your item(s). Exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase/delivery. Uneven exchanges will be granted a store credit for any remaining balance, or will need to be settled prior to your item(s) shipping out.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
